Director of VIVI at Centre Point

Paul Robinson-Webster has over 20 years’ experience operating at senior levels in restaurants and luxury hotels. Paul joined rhubarb in 2017 as Director of VIVI at Centre Point and is leading the project with Helen Bowey.

Most recently Paul worked in Edinburgh at the five Star Prestonfield House Hotel and was awarded Scottish Food and Beverage Manager of the year 2011. Moving back to London, Paul spent five years with Corbin & King as General Manager of the iconic Wolseley restaurant and as Director of Food and Beverage opening the award-winning Beaumont Hotel where he led his team to great success and garnered impressive reviews.

As an alumni of Cranfield Business School Paul has fantastic business acumen and is an excellent operator.
