Chris has worked in some of London’s finest hotels gaining experience across all departments during his degree years. After three years in banqueting sales and operations at The Savoy, Chris moved to The Lanesborough as director of private dining, where he was privileged to organise a private dinner for HM The Queen amongst other high profile guests.

Chris joined rhubarb in 2011 and quickly built a strong and reliable operation at the Royal Albert Hall. Managing over 300 shows a year, six dining spaces and fourteen bars at this iconic venue, Chris is focused on delivering improvements in quality and sales to drive further top-line revenue and growth.
