Inspired by the golden era of the 1950s, our bold and bright Pilots Bar & Kitchen, at Heathrow T5 and London City Airport (managed by SSP), is a destination in its own right. Offering an international menu in classic, contemporary surroundings, it has a range of dining options to suit all-time considerations. The speedily served dishes include American pancakes, eggs benedict, freshly-made pastries and muffins, soups, sandwiches, salads and a dedicated burger menu.

Since April 2010 we have been providing the American Airlines London Heathrow first- and business-class lounges with an exclusive buffet-style menu. Over 600 American Airlines travellers per day enjoy the Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge, which offer complementary wi-fi, cyber café, business centre, showers, a clothes pressing service, reclining chairs and a separate children’s room to keep younger passengers entertained.
