Cromwell Road, South Kensington, London SW7 5BD

The Natural History Museum is one of London's most iconic venues. Its magnificent architecture and intriguing collections provide the perfect backdrop for events of all sizes.

From informal and intimate to creative and spectacular, the Museum's variety of spaces available for hire will suit any corporate event, private party or wedding celebrations. Our dedicated and experienced in-house team will provide expert support to plan and deliver an unforgettable event.

Exciting changes are taking place at the Museum, with Hintze Hall reopening in summer 2017 after a major redevelopment. During this time the Museum will still offer a range of beautiful spaces for events, such as Earth Hall and the Darwin Centre, with a selection of exclusive packages for more intimate experiences throughout the galleries.

Hintze Hall - the Museum's largest event space - is currently closed and will reopen in summer 2017 renovated with a 25m blue whale skeleton diving through the centre. Its surrounding galleries with hidden gems to explore, adorned with stunning nineteenth-century terracotta features, are available throughout the year and can be booked in addition to Hintze Hall or as a venue in their own right.

With its imposing Stegosaurus fossil welcoming visitors, the popular Earth Hall provides a distinctive setting for all events. Travel through the giant earth sculpture to Volcanoes and Earthquakes as well as the stunning Earth's Treasury gallery.

The Darwin Centre, home to the Cocoon and many of the Museum's historic collections, including the zoology spirit collection, is a modern event space with a large, private courtyard.

The purpose-built Flett Events Theatre is ideal for daytime events such as conferences, talks and training days.
